How can I adjust this back sleeper pillows in height?

You can adjust this neck pain pillow by your own sleeping habits. If you want to sleep lower, there is a piece of memory foam (0.8" thick) at the bottom, just remove it to adjust the height. If you feel too thin, just simply contact us via support@shopgroye.com to get an extra memory foam pillow insert to add height. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. (The big insert not included)

Is the neck support pillow suitable for both side and back sleepers?

I sleep mostly on my side with this pillow but sometimes on my back. Both are very comfortable positions for my head and neck. My husband typically is a back sleeper and he also loves this pillow.

I am about 5' 1" and 122 pounds, which size can hold up under my weight and not flatten?

I am 5’9” and 180lbs and it doesn’t flatten for me at all

Does the memory foam have fiberglass in it?

No fiberglass filled in . Pretty nice firmness and not getting the head too warm either.
