Excellent for first time journaling
I bought this journal, as previously tried to journal but just using a blank notepad I found it too time consuming and difficult to pinpoint helpful information everyday. This journal has a wonderful arrangement of daily questions that really make you think and focus on the positive aspects of your life. It’s so quick and easy to do everyday and really helps to start in the day in a positive way. The inclusion of mindful tasks every 3 days and the life wheel every 30 days, helps to cement the daily use of the journal and show the progress made month by month. I really liked the extra elements at the start of the journal, such as the calm list and reverse bucket list. I have been using this journal since the 1st January 2023 and only 19 days later, I can already feel the positive impact of using this journal. I would highly recommend and have already gifted a copy to my sister

Amazing self help journal
I really love this journal. I've bought it for family members who want to focus on their mental well-being. There is so much opportunity to reflect on themselves what supports their mental health, what things they want to focus on in the future. There is creative spaces. There's activities every three pages which is great. There's also a space to write notes on your own. The pages are very thick and good quality and it is a nice hard book journal. I would recommend to anyone ! Think I might get one myself

Great!
I love this journal! It has instructions on how to use it, a reverse bucket list, emotion wheel and calm kit list, every page has different questions with an activity every 3 days. Just a shame it’s not for any longer than 6 months. 12 months would be fab!

Amazing way to connect with yourself.
I am not one to write reviews, however I picked this up as the reviews sounded great. They weren’t wrong. I bought this to try to be more mindful and positive in 2025. First day of using it and it made me feel a lot better just filling it out. It’s not overwhelming or confusing it’s just set out in lovely bite sized pieces which feels manageable but effective. And every page gives you something different to think about. Honestly I think this will be a life changer for the new year and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that easygoing journey to improve their life little by little.

Beautiful Journal
I have just started using the book. But it is well written and there is a guide and examples of how to use the journal at start of the book. It has a lovely feel to it made very well , love the liac just inside and the pages are are soft! I generally just love the whole feel of it. Some lovely questions to ponder , areas o reflect and every 3 days a new mindful activities

Perfect self help journal! 📓
Vex King and his wife have blown it out of the park with this booklet. It’s helped me achieve so much in my life and it all started with journaling my life day by day, and taking the advice of this wise man and his beautiful wife. There’s interactive journal in this booklet which makes it so much more fun that other standard journals. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Love this. I own a copy and bought two more as gifts. Every page is different and I even have family members or friends join in with me each day with the very thought provoking questions. Highly recommend
