Does this work on keloids?

Yes- after twice daily use for about 4 weeks, the keloids I’d had for months and months disappeared. You need to use it regularly and properly but it is a brilliant product.

I've been using this for 3 weeks but have barely seen any improvement. Some days my keloid looks the same, others it looks better. Any advice please?

If it’s a true keloid I doubt it will make it totally vanish. At most it will flatten a keloid a bit. If it’s a normal piercing bump keep at it as it can take a while for results. Everyone responds differently. Also, make sure you are being consistent with applying. So every night and morning and lunchtime if necessary. I hope it shows some improvement for you soon. If it doesn’t maybe invest in healing discs. Tiny silicone discs that you thread onto your stud (if your piecing allows this) then you put the butterfly back on the stud and leave the disc to gently press against the bump over a few weeks to flatten the bump significantly until it’s pretty much gone.
