It works! For me anyway.
Bought this in May of 2024 when I replaced my 2021 Platinum Tundra grill with the Pro grill. I was very skeptical but it has been perfect so far! So glad I didn't spend the $300+ Oem version. Hope this saves you some $. Install was pretty easy.

Pattern is upside down.
It was a quality part and arrived quickly, but Had to return because the pattern was upside down. Looks weird and out of place. Not as pictured. .
