In a quiet environment, it will make some noise when you are close. But if you move 5-6 feet away or play music, you won't notice it.

Does Any one know the Name of the aplication or to buy a controller ?

Hello dear, this partybar is controlled by infrared remote control, if you lost your remote control, please contact us to send you a new one.

If I hook up two of them at the same time will one remote work for both and will they sync up together?

Each set has its own remote. So no they do not sync.

Can it be controlled by DMX?

Hello dear, Telbum PartyBar is specially designed for indoor parties/small shows without DMX function, but the light can be controlled by infrared remote control. It works well in self-propelled and sound control mode through pre-programmed.
