I am still going for physical therapy for my shoulder and haven't been given the ok to start using the pulley. So for now 4 stars for a good product. Will update once I have used the pulley.

Easily attached to a door. Use removable tape to keep it place on the inside of the door so it won't easily fall off if you have to open that door occasionally. Can be used standing up, or sitting down if your balance is not good. Easy therapy for aiding in shoulder recovery.

This shoulder pulley that hangs over the door has been a lifesaver for my recovery after shoulder surgery!
