Good for hobby welding
Helmet is comfortable to wear, very lightweight. I had to trim the locking tabs to remove the lens. Used it for an 8 hour work day and burned my neck real bad. I had the helmet as low as it’ll go. This will now become my “hobby” helmet for use in the garage. The lens works perfectly and, while welding, the view is very clear.Excellent helmet, just NSFWP

Does the job.
Headstrap keeps coming loose and then helmet falls off. Every other aspect of helmet works fine.

Not bad but mine broke
I like it, pretty light, not bad for the price point. Never had an issue with the screen itself or any of the shade values and button settings. The test button works well. Spilled coffee on it and still worked. I will say it’s hard to remove the screen to replace it because of the clips. The adjustability is really good - but it felt cheap and thin. Some head clips on top for height and width, the side screws twist to hold it up and you can adjust where it stops. In the back a ratchet pulls it all tight to fit your head size after you adjusted everything else. Really good fit. (For reference, I have a size Medium head for bike helmets)The only problem was that after a month of use the hinges started getting loose and lifted from the sides. I had to screw it down really tight to hold it up. If I did not it wouldn’t stay up or it would loosen from the bracket and wiggle on weird angles. It still works but you have to sit there longer to mess with it and get it right or it will fall in your face.3.5 Stars

Best helmet I own!
Finally an affordable quality welding helmet. This one works great and is comfortable. Visibility is top notch, I can see my welds clearly.
