This is a great product. It doesn’t cake and harden, is not thick, and still moisturizes. I have sjogren’s and this product, although pricey, is wonderful!

Good stuff.
This stuff is the only thing that helps keep my nose from getting bloody all the time. I live in the desert and had problems with a bloody nose all the time until I found NeilMed Gel Spray.

Product does not further irritate dry/sensitive nasal passes!
First use, no stinging/ burning or itchy sensation, when you spray it in your nose. And my nasal passages were fairly dehydrated. So far I'm satisfied with this product. I will see how it performs in the long run. Also, I'm glad that it's unscented. Good price and value for two 2oz bottles.

Wish it came in larger size, other than 1 oz. Doesn't last very long when needed for daily use

Good for moisturizing nasal passages
Got this nasogel because I wanted to keep the inside of my nasal passages moisturized and potentially break up scar tissue over time. Not sure how it’s doing with the scar tissue, but it does feel moisturized, doesn’t burn, and doesn’t have a bad smell or aftertaste.
