does it fit on the paper holder

It fits in mine which is an everyday, normal toilet paper holder. It's a great deal too.

How soft is it? we've gotten angel soft from amazon before and it was not as soft as the one we buy at the store. It was like wiping with sandpaper.

each sheet is 98mm high by 102mm long. Big roll but it does fit on the roller very nicely.
