Q: Is the picture pre printed

I have a cat picture from this company and it is not printed on the canvas. Work from chart provided.

Q: Does zip go on tight side

I always put the zip on the bottom of the design so that it is face down and not showing when you have the cushion the right way up

Q: Hi just purchased the latch hook kit but it didn't come with numbers on the wool. Some subtle differences anyone have any ideas

I have found that the best way is to lay all the wool out before you start and put little stickers on each roll with the number and also the symbol used in the pattern. If some of the colours are similar you can tell which is which by how many rolls there are of each.
