Can stick be removed and canister attached to brush head to use on stairs/couches?

Stick handle and tank are the main top portion which can be removed and used as handheld, with two attachments included that work on furniture/stairs/corners. Dusting attachment works on TVs, mantles, windowsills etc. but stairs would make sense too.

is it compatible to 220v

It’s not packaged with any kind of adapters or converters. So not likely.
