Radically retro!
If you miss your boombox from the 80's this is for you. Love the old style look. Sounds like a boombox of this value should. If you know, you know. Nice that it can be plugged in (to use inside) or use batteries (to use outside). So far tuning and volume has worked great.

Good overall except for AM radio.
The sound is good for a small unit except for AM radio. No matter how strong the signal there is a lot of background fuzz. It works very well with tape and USB however.

Standard size boombox
This radio is the normal standard size of the old school radios, however it's not as large as the boom boxes everyone used to carry around. This one is lite enough for a child to carry around,

Short circuit the moment it got charged
As soon as I plug in to charge the radio, it blew! I didn’t even know what happened and the cassette area exploded and smoke came out of it, emitting terrible toxic air. I just have to throw away the product to prevent further “explosion”. It was a scary experience.
