Much smaller than I expected but it's great for popping in a bag, very handy and works well

Nice size, I do have one of their smaller ones, this is the next size up. I've not had automatic open and close ones before. Very handy and like the colours. Not as small as my other totes one (which isn't automatic) this one is both longer and thicker but bigger when open. Wish the metal pronged ends would tuck into the handle, but just something I need to get used to. Like the colours, different but not too in your face or boring and will go with lots of colours. Thnk I do have a slight preference for my smaller one (mini/micro?) but not sure they make them any more. But they do last well!

I was rather disappointed in this product. I have the earlier totes isotonic SunGuard brolly and it was much sturdier and had a longer downward canopy than this. Granted this is a mini umbrella, but I found that totes' new SunGuard brollies are much wider (so they block out more sun on the surface) but less curved (so more UV rays get reflected into your eyes and whatever exposed region beneath the brolly!) I'd much rather buy the one with more curved area, because when the sun rays bounce off the ground into your eyes it is so glaring it hurts. Currently I'm using it as a rain umbrella so hopefully it spoils soon in the strong London winds (sorry to my wallet though) and I'd probably hunt for the older version (which I used for 3 years but the winds tore a hole through) or another UV umbrella from another brand. Hopefully totes will revamp their SunGuard series so there's a more angled arch instead of a flat surface! Also, it was light and upon comparing it to the older totes SunGuard I had, the stem of the brolly was much thinner and its 'legs' were curved, in a flimsy manner that speaks of shoddy workmanship.

This umbrella has very fine spokes and on the third opening bent so far out of shape that I had to throw it away. It's very pretty but if you buy it, make sure you don't catch the spokes on anything when opening or closing it. I don't think I will buy another.

I bought this for my wife, and she is very happy with it, so I'm happy too!

I was not shipped the color umbrella I ordered, but it’s a perfectly fine umbrella and works great for what I needed. It isn’t strong or big, but good in a pinch and very compact.

Never buy it. Bought it few months back. Used only twice after that and the second time i used in slight rain, it broke completely and totally useless now

Only real negative is the price, my "daily carry" umbrella, but it I lose it I will cry.

The mechanism makes it a little heavy but not too much. It fit perfect in my wife's on the go purse and it has withstand some speedy winds when took to the beach. Once, in a florida heavy downpour with some wind it flipped over but the structure resisted. So I think it delivers. Off course it is a small umbrella so it wont cover much if windy or side raining but it have worked like a charm to this day and we are happy with it.
