My iPhone wouldn’t charge using 🔌 so I had to charge my phone on a wireless charger. I then decided to try this tool. One tiny drop of the cleaner, 3 of the tool tips, and about 60 seconds is all it took. I let the charging port dry for half an hour before turning phone back on and testing. My phone now charges like it was new. Don’t forget step one though, and turn your phone off before cleaning. I will always own one of these from now on because who doesn’t like to clean their charging port.

I have an Android and it works perfect for it my watch and my headphones. I bought a second one as a gift for my family and I love it too.

A thin plastic dental toothpick was of more use to me / this cleaning kit seems more geared towards lightning ports and they just swapped some parts out. Also not sure why it’s like a star shape to hold each cleaner. My ports still dirty so didn’t quite do it for me.

I had a charging port that wasn’t charging on my Mac, this tool cleaned it and it’s working again.

Update: After leaving my honest 2-star review, the seller has sent me six emails trying to bribe me into changing or removing it—offering $30, gift cards, PayPal payments, and free products. I haven’t responded once, but they keep pushing. This is harassment and completely unethical. Amazon should look into this. Buyers beware. I bought this kit to clean my iPhone’s charging port after it stopped charging. It looked promising and had good reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t solve my problem. Despite trying multiple attachments and the putty, my phone still wouldn’t charge. The kit seems like a great concept and would probably work for most people, but it has some flaws. The tool for cleaning the port was a letdown—it’s a flat, fork-shaped piece of plastic that isn’t precise enough to get into corners. On top of that, the plastic felt cheap, and it actually started chipping as I used it. While the kit might work for basic cleaning, it wasn’t effective in my case, and I’m planning to return it. I wish the tool had been made of sturdier materials, like a thin metal pick, for better precision and durability.

This saved my usb c port. Thought I needed a new phone since it wouldn't charge anymore. Nope dirty port. This cleaned it and works like new, thanks!

Useful but the little parts fall out of the holder and i’ve lost a couple becasue they don’t fit tight.

Wasn’t able to do much cleaning. After using it, I tried another jit and it worked first go. Fancy shape - lousy results Overpriced
