What is the actual monetary value of this bag of coins?

If you are just interested to know if you can make money on FX - you will definitely not. Depending on currency a dealer can easily recoup from 60% to pretty much 100% of FX rate. So, do not expect a bag full of euros, Swiss francs or yen. The value proposition here is that this is a variety of world coins, including obsolete coins, that might have numismatic value well above their FX rate.
