Will it hold samsung s22?

It fits my 3.5 inch iPhone in a case and that doesn’t fully extend the arms that holds phones in. I’m not sure the size of your phone but this holder is very accommodating

How does it work with Toyota rav 4 ?

It works in any cup holder. I just got a new car; it has larger cup holders. With the nut on the top of the holder it spreads out to fill the cup base. It holds it so firmly that even turning the car abruptly or braking really heard doesn't losen it. The Multi Adjustment arm on it aids in not block the instrumentations ans allows it to be in full view as your driving. I had one phone holder that had a suction cup mount. The only place that it could be mounted was to the windshield. This wasn't safe; I couldn't adjust it so it didn't block my view. Not this one. It's more than I could ever ask for. The only thing that I had to get used to was plugging in the power cord. It's best to put the cord in Before you clamp it into the holder. The quick release is also a Fantastic Feature! As you can tell: I Love MIne!

The threads on the backside of holder broke off.is there replacement parts available?

I'm not sure about that but I'd think it's just better to buy a new one
