I was curious as to how this silicone scalp massager would feel and help with my dry scalp, so I purchased it. I was getting really dry scalp and some flakiness. No much, but I wanted to prevent escalation. The first use felt invigorating. Yes, so much more than fingertips could ever do. Its a very sturdy, easy to hold into the hand massager. Simple, yet so effective. Not a plastic, but silicone. Which is strong, yet soft on the scalp. Easy to rinse clean. It has an attached loop to hang in the shower. I loved it so much I purchased another for my oldest son who has very thick hair. I squirt my shampoo directly into the massager and begin washing, gently using circular motion. At first my hair was getting tangled, but dont lift it up as your using it, just keep it pressed onto the scalp. I do believe its helping , if nothing else, it feels so very good to use in the shower. What this is also helpful for is oiling my scalp. I just put my oil all over this silicone massager and it does reach my scalp better, spreading it more evenly, and then easy to wash and rinse. Love it.

I have used this before and liked it its very good for massaging your scalp, and makes your hair feel very soft.

Note: I have thick dreadlocks. I don't always have time to dry them since it takes 6-8 hours of using the hair dryer on-and-off, so I try to wash them on a 2-4 week basis. However, it's hard to go so long without washing because my scalp starts to get itchy. And itching it with fingers/nails makes it so much worse. I started using this (dry) morning and night to stimulate my scalp, and now I can go so much longer without having to wash my hair... it does not maker my scalp itchier, in fact it relieves itch, dislodges dandruff before it builds up, and distributes the oils throughout my loose hairs so they don't appear greasy. On hair wash day, I take it into the shower and use it to work products into my hair. I feel like the twice daily scalp stimulation has increased hair growth, but who really knows... The tool is more than useful, doesn't pull my hair, super easy to clean (being a single piece), and the design is ergonomic. I'd say it's 101% a wonderful buy, whether you have dreadlocks or not.

The item came very fast and well packaged. Exactly as described, fits my hand well, made sturdy, the color is exquisite. It is extremely easy to use, the silicone is soft to the touch but most importantly soft to use on your scalp. The handle is off to the side which I think makes it easier to hold. Decided to try out with no oil or any other product first. Got all kinds of tingles while massaging my scalp. My second step was to apply the oil to my scalp and massage it in right after. Worked just as well with the oil, had no problem distributing oil all over my scalp with this product. Right after I was done I washed it with soap to get oil off of the massager - oil came off super easy. And it worked just as well when I used it later to wash my scalp, lathers well and cleans thoroughly while being gentle.

Perfect for styling my natural curly hair. The teeth are soft enough to the scalp.

I really like that the scalp massager is made of one solid piece of silicone. I tried some other brands which were made out of multiple pieces and different materials making them less sturdy and also possible mildew build up in the creases. Easy to use and helps get the shampoo down into the scalp. Would buy again if needed, but should last a while.

Doesn't work for my very fine hair. When wet, just slides over hair, when dry, doesn't get between strands of hair, ie, again just goes over hair, but the silicone 'grabs' strands and pulls them (painfully) but never actually reaches scalp. Worthless for me. Works for my husband though, with short more coarse hair, but he just doesn't like a scalp massage.

Ho indagato parecchio su varie possibilità di acquisto di queste spazzole massaggianti in silicone. Alla fine ho scelto questa perché sembrava avere le recensioni migliori e non si sbagliavano. La sto utilizzando oramai da un mese sia per applicare l'olio per lo scalp oiling sia per lavare la cute con lo shampoo. Essendo in silicone non presenta alcun tipo di problema nella pulizia della spazzola in sé, un pochino di sapone o lo shampoo stesso la puliscono. Le setole sono delicate e non fanno male per nulla (soffro di pelle sensibile) ma hanno quella minima durezza che permette di grattare leggermente pulendo esattamente come farebbero le dita, se non meglio. La grandezza è quella di una mano e la piccola sporgenza permette una presa salda che non la fa sfuggire. Ho apprezzato il piccolo forellino posto nella sporgenza che permette di attaccare una cordicella per appenderla in doccia. Fa sicuramente una buona schiuma e distribuisce vari tipi di prodotto.
