Reliable, Mess-Free Marking Tool – A Must-Have!
I recently purchased the Sharpie Peel-Off China Marker Grease Pencils in white, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. The pigment is rich and opaque, making it ideal for marking on a variety of surfaces like glass, plastic, and metal. The peel-off string design is a game-changer—no sharpener needed, just pull and keep working. Each pencil is solidly built and comfortable to hold, and the box of 12 is perfect for both personal and professional use. Whether I’m labeling equipment or working on creative projects, these markers consistently deliver clean, visible lines. What I appreciate most is their versatility and ease of cleanup. The marks stay put when needed but wipe off easily from non-porous surfaces, which is perfect for temporary labeling. Compared to other grease pencils I’ve used, Sharpie’s quality stands out. The packaging was secure, and all pencils arrived in pristine condition. If you're looking for a dependable, no-fuss marking solution, this product is a fantastic value. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

Better than generic brands.
These work way better than the one I received with my reusable labels. I have to really use pressure if I want to make sure that its bold and no easily erased.

Work well when they aren't delivered in pieces.
First box I got was crushed and worthless after being packed in a flimsy paper bag. The replacement box was properly packed and was exactly as described. These write very well on my tractor windows and on my laminated studt guides so overall, I'm pleased with them.

great for drawing on newsprint
I've tried a couple other brands whose name I don't remember. I like to keep about 1.5 inches exposed and the others would often snap. These will bend a good bit before breaking. I don't have anything to say about other uses as I only use them for drawing on large newsprint paper. For that purpose, they're great for the price. They have the tonal range of charcoal without the mess. (I do get a bit on my finger tips. And then I spread it around to the surfaces I touch. But I grip it by the exposed medium most of the time. It wipes off most things easily, except paper and unfinished wood.) They're great for drawing on newsprint and other smooth papers in that you don't have to sharpen them or think much about maintaining a sharp tip if you just spin the pen around a bit as you draw. Which, if you have experience with pencils sharpened in the pretentious artist sort of way, is a thoughtless habit anyway. 12 for 10$ is less than a dollar a shot, so there's great value if you're putting in the miles. I don't do a ton of shading in my newsprint studies, but I do lay down a lot of lines, cross contours, squiggles, etc and I still get 10+ hours out of each sharpie before it's wore down to ~4" to be thrown into the nub pile. There is an occasional scratching impurity within the marker which you can get rid of by rubbing the bajeezus out of it on your paper or scraping off somehow. Some of them have 2 in them, some have 1, most have none. Nothing to complain about, IMO.

Don't buy those other ones... these are the china markers you're looking for!
I'm the one. I looked at the price of these and compared with another kind and thought--meh... a grease pencil is a grease pencil. WRONG!!! The cheaper ones I bought before these crumbled and were miserable to peel. I had to throw them away because they were unusable. I saved ZERO money and aggravation. So I bought THESE pencils and they are quality and perfect for all applications. Nicely textured and scent-free. You won't regret this purchase-- pennies more is worth it! Learn from my mistake!

I am a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and find the traditional brow mapping pencils smudge easily. This China Marker is easy to sharpen into a fine pint and leaves a crisp outline on the skin.
