Decent, attractive ramekins for small portions, such as a dab of butter or various salts. They are so small that getting material into the ramekins may be a challenge for those with larger hands. They do what they are designed to do. Before ordering, use a ruler and visualize your needs to determine if the 1" ramekins are what you need, or if perhaps 1.5" or 2" ramekins might be the better choice.

If you're looking for a small sauce ball like the restaurants would have these are only about half the size just be aware of that and it is it's a really sturdy good product the size could could have been determined a little better.

I received these ramekins and was surprised by the quality! Only disappointment on my end was the size, guess I should have realized 1 oz would be small!

This is a perfect little ramekin for what I want to use it for. I like to add sauces to my foods but also want to keep in mind good portion control. And not waste any sauce! That’s why this 1 oz ramekin is so perfect! For me, it’s the perfect amount for ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, or even hot sauce, this size is perfect. Keep in mind, this is a small ramekin. I took a photo of the ramekin and a 1/4 measuring cup. I filled the ramekin to the rim and poured in the 1/4 measuring cup. You can see it is only half full, so we are talking a small ramekin! I checked and 1 oz = 6 teaspoons. The other reasons are that it is microwave safe and dishwasher proof. What more could I ask for! Highly recommend.

Very tiny only good for small ingredient, prep.Not even big enough for one small serving of anything. I didn't realize how small they were I'm not good at imagining how big 1 oz 30 mi would look like. What could you bake in anything so tiny?
