Does this feel like paper or has the smooth vinyl sticker feel that most professional stickers feel like?

No, it has more of a paper feel.

I placed stickers made on my printer on the inside of a vehicle. The ink has turned from black to red and they are peeling. Any thoughts?

This vinyl is not UV-proofed and neither is standard inkjet printer ink. Plastics degrade in sunlight and heat.
