Will this test the genotype or just phenotype? Meaning that is this test will test for genetic disease that my dog would pass on? Most tests don’t

It just shows what medical issues most common to dogs and your breed. And what risk level your dog is at for those problems. I didn't see anything about how likely they are to pass anything along. If you're looking for a test for breeding purposes I would ask your vet, just because this test gives very basic info.
