The pipeline is not connected, but the device shows pressure readings(not 0), even negative readings. What should I do?

Recalibrate the product by the zero calibration function.

Why does the device display '-----' instead of refrigerant type data?

All data for over 140 refrigerant types is stored in the app, not in the device itself. The device will only display the data when you select and update the commonly used list (18 types). Otherwise, you can only view the data within the app.

Why is the app connection unsuccessful?

1. Does not have Bluetooth turned on. 2. Bluetooth permissions are not granted for Elitech Tools. 3. Bluetooth data error, needs reset, we could provide reset instructions. 4. Bluetooth module malfunction, we could provide repair assistance.
