I got it for my hair which are thinning and was hoping this supplement would help. The good thing - hair stopped coming out in clumps, the bad thing - can’t take this supplement every day. It makes me break out everywhere. I did my research and it’s because it contains too much Biotin. For people like me who have a reactive skin it’s a big No No. Also, beware of Vit.B6 and B12 for the same reason ( unless you’re deficient in those of coarse )
