After my sister died I became deeply depressed with severe anxiety. I could only sleep a couple hours a night and would wake up in a panic. Panic attacks became an everyday thing. This book is incredible. I can't say enough good things about it. It was the only book I bought that helped me (and I bought a lot) . The words are so soothing. This book became the only thing besides the Bible that gave me hope. Please buy it. You'll be so grateful you did. And it's beautiful and well made. I'm good now but often pick up this cook to read a page. I love it.

I've bought this book for several widows and one said it was wonderful and it's so needed for all widows! Just glad I found it and could share it with others that could use it!

We lost my brother 4 years ago and my mom needed something to comfort her. This was great comfort to her.

When you don’t know what to sat to someone who lost a loved one, this is perfect. My girlfriend lost her husband and was really in a bad place. I gave her this book and said it helped her so much. She reads it everyday and carries in her purse so she always has it.She’s doing better now and gave it to her son to help him with his grief. I will ordering more to have on hand. Lovely book!

I bought this for my mother in law after she lost her mom. She said it has helped her grief.

I ordered this book quite some time ago, having suffered numerous losses of family members and my spouse. It continues to stay at my bedside, and on the bed at night. You can open the book and always find something that relates to what you are going through in the grieving process, and perhaps experience validation alongside comfort. I've also recommended to others struggling with getting through loss grief.

For anyone in grief, this book is a lifeline and sure was for me.
