How are extra trivets used for an alcohol stove with this?

You insert the trivets sideways in the slits on the sides of the LF. However, you can as well use the Universal Grate (included) as a base for an alcohol burner.

Stainless Steel. Mine fell apart after first burn. I sent it back! Very disappointed.
