Ohne den Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit zu erheben, werden hier die wichtigsten Begriffe aus der Mythologie der Großen Alten und ihrer Forscher erfaßt. Die referenzierten Erzählungen diverser Autoren regen zudem zum weiteren Lesen an. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch eine (schriftstellerische) Chronologie des Necronomicon und eine alphabetische Auflistung der wichtigsten Begriffe, Orte und Personen.Ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel für alle Leser von H.P. Lovecraft und anderer Autoren, die sich dem Cthulhu-Mythos verschrieben haben.

Great read
This book is an excellent companion to many Lovecraft stories (Dream quest of the unknown Kadath, is the most prominent that comes to mind)This is an encyclopedia, not a dictionary. It's quite clearly an encyclopedia.It provides an excellent overview of many of the people places and things belonging or conjoined the mythos.If you have interest in writing on the mythos this is an excellent reference guide.
