these are great if you have arch problems or just no support in your shoes. This is the third pair I ordered over the past 5 years. They last well and help with both my plantar problem and heel spur pain. They take some getting used to and practice getting them in the right spot where it feels the best. It comes in a pair specifically for left or right foot. If you only need it for one foot, the other can be turned inside out and used as a back-up.

Has helped with my plantar fascia pain. I don’t leave with out them on.

The cushioning is too solid and hurts more than it helps. It would work if it was more like a gel insole instead of solid silicone.

Works as a great arch

These have helped me tremendously with my pain in the ball of the foot problem. I can not go a day without wearing them.

I like that these arch supports are made of soft silicone gel. I tried a pair that had a hard plastic inserts and these are more comfortable while still giving the needed support. There are no instructions included, and it was a challenge figuring out how to put these on to properly position the silicone support. They're clearly marked L and R for which foot to put them on. After looking at the description photos again, I saw that the line next to the foot marking on the sleeve is lined up with the lateral malleolus (bony knob bone on the ankle). When I put the sleeves on this way, the silicone insert seems to be in the right location. (Star rating reflects lack of instructions.) The sleeves are comfortable and give a nice amount of compression along with the arch support. They're thin and fit nicely inside socks and shoes. I recently bought 0 drop shoes for walking to put less strain on my knees and find that these give me some nice arch support while still allowing me to benefit from the 0 drop. The description photo shows that there is supposed to be a brushed inner lining to make them more comfortable, but the inside of the sleeve fabric looks the same as the outside to me. The sleeve reminds me of heavy hosery fabric like that found on old style compression socks. It seems to be breathable enough, and I like that the material is so thin that it fits well in my shoes. Although the sleeve is breathable, my feet get sweaty around the silicone pad. It would be nice if there was a fabric cover over the gel pad. As a side note, these YLYLXIMA Arch Support Sleeves are made in China.

Oh my goodness, I was not prepared for how wonderful my feet would feel. I highly recommend them.
