conflicting voltages... in the header it says 115V and pictures the Blue label, from Foredom is 115 Volts then under the price it says 220 volts?

The unit I purchased plugs into a regular 110 outlet. It is a very small motor so a 220 outlet does not make any sense if you were looking for a 220, I’m not sure where to send you.

Will this accept 1/4 shanks?

No. The H.30 goes up to 5/32 capacity. H44T or the H43T collet style hand piece will accept 3/32;1/8;1/4”
