Description: "It has 2 1/4" inputs and 3 sets of stereo RCA inputs that are mixed to MONO." Are the L and R inputs really mixed together?

apparently Amazon confused the description. There is a Rolls MX51 and a Rolls MX51s. The non-s has 1/4" inputs and mixes to mono. The "s" model had 1/8" input and XLR input and mixes stereo.

Are others having problems with hum or ground noise on channel 1 when using condenser microphones with phantom power?

I Just Bought this device and powered it up adn the Hum/Ground noise Happens even without the condenser microphone switch off or ON, with or WITHOUT the microphone plugged in.

Can it be used to have two audio devices connected to one set of speakers? If so, will they be able to play at the same time?

Yes. That is exactly why I purchased this device. It mixes four sources to one output. If you just have passive speakers, you will need amplifier, but probably your "set of speakers" does include amplifier.

Hey guys does this come with an a/c adapter? That one dude in the reviews said his did not.

Mine certainly did come with AC adapter. It can not function without. It’s a great device. I wish it had an on/off switch. I unplug the power cord from the rear of the unit as the AC adapter is plugged into a Monster voltage protector with the other audio gear so to me it’s just easier this way.
