Everything fits together very nicely I have two other Southwest archery take down recurves in left hand and I picked up this for my wife to use. Quality fit and finish of the riser is very nice bolts fit very well limbs are nice and tight. The string is actually very good I mean I use fast flight strings on my bow but the one that came with this is completely adequate especially getting started it's a nice package. One thing to be careful of is my wife wanted a site on her riser and the pre-installed limb bushings wanted to pop out. I put some epoxy on them push them back in let them sit overnight and they haven't moved since. I have not had this issue with my other two Southwest archery spider riser pieces. I initially thought about returning them but I had the two-part epoxy and it was easy enough.. be sure to use your bow stringer there's plenty of the YouTube videos on how to use it and I think it's essential. I had thought about purchasing some other bows like the black hunter which gets a lot of Play on YouTube this however since we had samick sage limbs and Southwest archery limbs to interchange made it convenient.I think the fit and finish on the limbs are a little better than the samick sage from in the past I do know that these risers now use standard threads and the stomach sage since 2018 uses metric threads just be aware of that we don't change out limbs very often and we typically don't use the takedown knobs we just use the threaded bolts I think you would have a good experience with the Southwest archery bow don't get a bow that's too large for you . Start smaller 25 or so develop form and then buy you a set of limbs it will make for a much better archery experience good luck
