I purchased a large beige chair as a nice chair for my downstairs guest bedroom. I had initially thought that the prier/cost was quite low so how good could the quality be? Well, I received the chair yesterday April 8th way earlier than the stated April 25th which, surprised me due the extreme speed in the shipping process. The chair arrived in three boxes total none heavier that 60 pounds. Since I was putting the chair downstairs, I had been thinking of how to move it down the fairly narrow stairs. Since it came in three separate boxes, I found it easy to just leave the boxes as is and open them downstairs. Each part was well packed (arms, back and seat). I had read that the chair was quite easy to put together and these reviews were correct. It seemed to take me longer to unpack the parts than to put the chair together. Each part slides into the other fairly quickly although it would have been better to have a second person to help slide the back into the seat. The reclining function as well as the massage and heating functions appear to work well but then I have just tried the chair once or twice so far. The chair is very comfortable and solid, but the footrest does not quite support my feet as well as I would like. However, note that I am 6’6” and over 300 pounds so for the vast majority of people I would think the chair would work great. Right now, I would highly recommend this type of chair and will update my review with anything else I find over the next few weeks/months. beautiful chair,,Appears to be good quality. easy to assemble. Very comfortable and easy to use. Love the loops on the side of the chair for the remotes, don't have to worry about dropping them. pocketson both sides and mini ones on the front.. Love the double cup holders. Makes it nice for the other person sitting beside me as they don't have any on here chair. My family loves he chair as much as I do so I have to boot them off when I'm ready to use it, Will add an pdate after the holidays because it will be used a lot.

In my opinion it falls just short of zero gravity. Does not quite recline that far. Had for about two weeks now. Pros: comfortable / vibrator yes / easy to put together / god price point Cons: legs must extend full before back reclines / not zero gravity / upright position too vertical to just sit with out reclining and you must extend the legs to change that angle I will probably end up mounting a 2x4 under the front of the frame to get the chair in the proper angle

I have two of these chairs! I liked the first one I got so much that I bought another! My son put the first one together in under 10 minutes. I put the second one together in an afternoon. These chairs are so comfortable! They recline to zero gravity, which means your feet can go higher than your head, which feels strange, but is good for your back and heart. The reclining action can stop anywhere between upright to really back. The massage is just a vibration, but it has several modes, and doesn't make you sore. I bought a chair that cost twice what this one costs and it quit working within 30 minutes after the delivery crew who set it up left. That company replaced that original chair with one that also died as the delivery crew was driving away. This chair was easy to assemble, didn't require any tools, and is designed for success. I have a terrible back, and this chair really babies me.

I had rotator cuff surgery on 10/21 so this review is given after 8 months. It didn’t take long for my husband to put this together. The USP port was inoperable. When I called customer service, she wanted me to show her a picture. WHAT? The port is there, it didn’t charge! The rest operates correctly, ie, reclining and heat feature (heat feature is only on your back, not the seating area) It is a sturdy chair (my dog LOVES this). In its regular seated position (non incline) it folds you in an uncomfortable position, like you’re leaning forward. This eases somewhat when the chair is inclined, however, the leg support has to be all the way extended before the back support reclines. The one thing is dislike so strongly is how the cushion is at the top of the chair where the headrest juts way too far out, forcing your head forward at an uncomfortable angle. I am 5’2 and wanted to get the larger one so taller people could fit in it comfortably. My father-in-law, who is 5’10 sat in it fully reclined and his feet hung over the edge. My father-in-law did think that it was very comfortable and, after showing him all the clicks, bells and whistles, thought it was a great deal at $600 and some change. I love that there were loops on both sides. We used these to threat the heat/recline controllers in case they fell you could easily retrieve. The cupholders are ideal and ample sized to even fit a bigger insulated vessel. (I use the other side to keep my reading glasses).

Love the recliner. Was easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. Came in three boxes. The heat and massage settings are great and my feet do not hang over the end. I bought the large size and i am 5’6. Bought two of them and we really enjoy relaxing at the end of our day. So so comfortable.

I have to say I like this chair. I'm 5'10" 190lbs and the chair is the righ size. It's not oversized it's perfect size in my opinion. The chair is sturdy and firm yet soft and comfortable. It seems to be well made and was simple to put together. It looks nice and seems to function as designed. Not sure how great the massager actually works, but I didn't but if for that feature.

Chair is great, easy to set-up and comfortable to sit in. I would recommend it to others.

Excellent colour, very well made and comfortable,value for money, bought one and then a second one would be an asset for the needs of a elderly person.

This is a piece of trash. I'va had it for two months now and the cushion has gone completely soft and the backboard digs into my lower back. Extremely uncomfortable. I will have to get rid of it. Do not buy.

Nice and comfortable. Once it arrived. Arrived in January not quite before Christmas. But worth the wait.
