I've tried a lot of electrolyte supplements. I tend towards dehydration, so stakes are high over here. Almost all electrolytes these days are flavored, and PACKED with sugar. SO MUCH sugar. Hi-Lyte may seem a bit pricey compared to some of the handy sugar loaded single packet powders, but I promise, it's worth it, and your body will thank you. Hi-Lyte has been my go-to for years. It's totally sugar free and flavorless, except a bit of a salty mineraly taste, which I got used to pretty quickly and actually quite enjoy (it gives my water a little umph). I recover much more swiftly after working out, partying, adventuring, or when I'm just not feeling 100%. My one bit of advice: just don't go too hard with the dosage, or it will be too salty and you might hate it and complain.

If you're having trouble with muscle cramps then this is probably the best thing you can use. I have used shilajit, ancestral supplements, and many others. This is different and it is easier to swallow than a pill and taste better than something that looks like an illegal drug. I use about eight drops in 20 oz of water and I put it in my coffee as well. I drink about four large glasses of water sometimes five a day and I have about three cups of coffee with five drops. And right before bed I have a specialty that I drink and I put maybe four to six drops in that right before bed. I total about 100 drops a day spread out. I don't know the limits on this but I do know that to sleep through the night without a single muscle cramp is quite an achievement when you've been battling it with other supplements, and none seem to work. So look no further if you're looking to be mineralized. Of course it also helps with many other things but muscle cramps was proving to me that I was not getting enough electrolytes and minerals.

Works great for adding electrolytes to my beverages. I love that it's unflavored, sugar free, mixes in well, and I can add it to any of my beverages.

This is very easy to use. I put it in everything I drink and am feeling more hydrated. I’ll keep on purchasing Hi-Lyte electrolytes. I like it because it’s not sweet.

Have not noticed any major difference in feeling nor lack of dehydration. I use primo water and I have noticed if I use too much of the drops it leaves almost a metallic taste... I use about 20 drops to every 2-liters and there is no after taste.

I have been using this product for a while. I use it mostly when I get dehydrated. There is a bit of flavor when used with 32 oz of water and one teaspoon, but it is acceptable. The more diluted, the weaker the mild flavor. If used in a drink other than water, it can be undetected. When I am weak from dehydration from chronic diarrhea due to Microscopic Colitis, drinking water with the Hi Lyte electrolyte helps give me energy and helps to clear my head. It is much easier than going to the ER for IV fluids, which I have had to do in the past. It can be dripped into a cup of water, but I like to make a quart of water with 1 tsp. of Hi Lyte so I don't have to add the electrolytes each time I fill my glass with water, so I drink more water with electrolytes. It does help my energy level and brain clearness.

I'm cronically dehydrated, so I was on the hunt for a new electrolyte product. I really enjoy that this is unflavored and super easy to use. I'm also very picky about texture, and I feel like this doesn't leave a weird residue.
