These roles are large like what you would find in Airport/Grand Central Station bathrooms - my guess is that there are even bigger roles available.

If at all, not much. It's just like the stuff you see in a department store bathroom or grocery store bathroom.

what is the size of the box?

If I recall, those rolls are about 6" across and 4" deep. The box was big so I would say like 22" long, 14" wide and 12" deep. It lasted a family of four about a year. It got us through the lockdown and toilet paper shortages.
