I’m not sure if it’s the spring of myself but I that I am using this every night. I have a difficult time getting my chin/jaw line “cleared”. I also find that it’s not so great on getting the coarser hair out as it is the fine hair. I’ve never used one before so, this is why I gave it 3 stars. Also, if you have arthritis in your hands, it proves to be a challenge - I’m certain that all of the spring sticks would be the same on this. I do like how much hair it does get out at once. I will try to remember to update my review in a month or so.

I purchased a different brand a few years ago but still had to get waxed on occasion. This brand has been far more thorough and effective.I find this style of hair remover easy to use.

I have a hormone imbalance that gives me thick, dark, course hair on my whole chin. I have had it waxed, I have had electrolysis and yet it still grows. As I am nearing my 40’s it’s embarrassingly only becoming more coarse & thicker. After reading hundreds of positive reviews, I purchased this knowing it was going to be painful, but I have a high pain tolerance and will do just about anything to get rid of this hair more permanently if it means I don’t have to shave every day.First the pros.Pros:• Came with clear directions• Very straightforward in terms of use• Easy to get the hang of• WORKS• Easy to cleanCons:• One of THE MOST painful things I have ever experienced (I will put this into context)• Has to have been an ancient torture deviceI have sliced my fingers down to the bone, broken my toes multiple times, had open abdominal surgeries with no post-op meds, get 40 injections in my head/face/neck every few weeks for migraines...but this pain, THIS PAIN is something else. I was shaking, sweating and unable to continue after passing it over my chin 6-10 times. I went slow, I went fast, my skin was taut, it was pre-warmed to help the hair removal process less painful...it didn’t matter. It hurt like Hades.This device would be excellent for someone with peach fuzz, or fine sparse hairs to pull out. But if you can grow the beginning of a tween boy’s goatee like I can, please don’t use this.

It works! Baby fuzz gone. Painful so as a beginner I’m doing a little at a time.

I bought this because I was having so much trouble waxing and this seemed so easy. It is not. I don’t think there is ANY technique I could have used to actually get enough hair pulled out to make it worth while. Anyway, happy news is I learned how to wax, GO WITH THE GRAIN PEOPLE 😂 also is there’s left of wax, use an oil based face cleanser, tweezers and warm water to halo get left over wax off. Happy hair removal ❤️
