These wedges work very well for squats that emphasize the front thighs. I also use them for pushups and some yoga moves.

This mini exercise ball works great and I use it every day with my Pilates workouts. It’s the perfect size for core work and stability exercises, and it holds up well during use. The only downside is inflation. I had to blow it up with a straw, and you do lose a bit of air when pulling the straw out to quickly insert the plug. I’ve also had to add air occasionally to keep it firm. That said, for the price, it’s a great little workout tool and does exactly what I need it to do. Because of the inflation hassle, I’m giving it 4 stars — but overall, I’m happy with it.

It comes folded up, has several plugs for the ball (there's only one opening), and an Inflation Straw. Remove the Plug in the Ball, Insert the Inflation Straw, Blow up the Ball as desired and needed, cover the straw with a finger when removed from the mouth, or cover the opening in the Ball with a finger once straw is removed, have the Plug ready when the Straw is removed from the Ball, and insert Plug into Ball. It worked fine for me. I was told to buy a Ball or use roll up towels, the Ball is easily preferable. I put the Ball between my legs and squeeze somewhat, hold for 3 seconds, release enough to take the force off the Ball but not enough to let it drop to the floor, and repeat for the the specified Repetitions. I am happy with the Product, it works as advertised, seems durable, and suits my needs fully.

Great size and firm material!

I like the material, the durability, size and there was no yucky smell. I found it super easy to blow up, took me less than a minute and it came with extra plugs which is nice. I like that it's black and now I can start doing the ab exercises that were too hard for me without some support. It's comfortable and cushy and I also like using it as a neck pillow when I'm laying on the floor doing stretches on my half foam roller and whatnot. So glad I snatched this up on sale.

I bought this to use with my Beachbody workouts. I found it difficult to inflate because I had to prop the ball on the counter while I blew into the straw and then you have to be SUPER QUICK to get your finger over the hole once you pull the straw out and then even QUICKER to jam the plastic plug into the hole, otherwise this tiny ball is completely deflated and you have to start all over (I'm talking from experience here...tried several times unsuccessfully to inflate the ball before figuring out this method 😳)... But even once inflated, after using it only a handful of times, it's not holding air... Not sure if there's a pinhole somewhere or the plug isn't airtight... The attached pic shows the ball a few days after it was fully inflated...and I was on vacation and didn't even use it during that time I guess you get what you pay for

I have an Urbnfit 65 cm ball & enjoy using it. I started going to Physical Therapy and needed an "at home" ball for some exercises- recommended by my PT & this little ball works just as expected. I used the pump from my previous purchase of the larger ball & it was easy to inflate/ stays inflated. I like that it comes with an exercise poster & extra plugs. You can also register your product on the Urbnfit website, for a warranty.

This mini exercise ball works well for simple exercises, stretching, and light workouts. I primarily use it for core exercises. I really like the size - it is easy to use and store. It holds air fairly well and feels sturdy enough for regular use. There was a noticeable smell when I first opened it, but that faded after a little while and hasn’t been an issue since. Overall, a solid little exercise ball that does what I needed it to do.
