Which would be best to take to hospital after birth the premature flow or the standard?

I used the premature teat as the hospital gave these (single use version) to me & was using in combination with breastfeeding. It is recommended to used the slowest teat to replicate breastfeeding with combination feeding. I used the reusable version for the first year or so. I have since been advised they only recommend using their reusable teats 5 times, which I find ridiculous so I’m looking for an alternative.

Description states slow flow 4ml but leaflet says 13ml. Are these slower flow or not?
