I didn’t think it would help so much . It is very comfortable and breathable although it is getting hot going into the summer it doesn’t make me sweat . It also stays in place I don’t need to keep adjusting it or moving it around . If I don’t use it one day when out and about I notice a difference in pain right away. This has been really helpful and it’s made my pregnancy more manageable. I even wore it to a party so I could dance and be about , made my night so much better .
