It does not. Though there are some of Landau tops that do have this.

Q: Is the black scrub top a true dark black or is the color closer to a charcoal black? I am looking for a true black scrub top, thanks

So it does start out closer to a true black. Unfortunately after only a few washes it does look more like a charcoal gray. That being said Landau is by far some of the best scrubs out there.
