A good spatula.
This spatula is not totally flat, but has edges that are slightly raised to scoop your food. It's very handy. It allows the user to stir, flip or shape the food in serving size portions. When I scramble eggs, I can scoop a perfect portion to make an egg sandwich. It is made well, not flimsy.
