I got these supplements mainly to support vitamin D intake during darker months and for general bone and immune support, and they’ve honestly been very convenient and easy to use daily. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, which makes taking them consistently much simpler. I also like that they include extra virgin olive oil because the capsules feel smoother and the oil-based formula makes sense for better absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. This is a great supplement bought to raise my D3 levels as they are usually low. It worked and has moved my level to the optimum range. Obviously I can't say whether the K2 is working as that is much more of a long term effect, but there's been plenty of research to make me feel confident. The addition of the extra virgin olive oil is great as that has it's own benefit for heart health whilst the oil helps the absorbtion of the D3. Yes ut's not the cheapest D3 supplement but personally I feel the quality makes the cost worthwhile.

Quick delivery and the capsules are very small so easy to swallow. Seems legit but who knows but will give them a go for this winter.

These are a quality supplement. A bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. I won't buy any other brand.
