I was definitely skeptical as I had previously tried to install conventional anchors by hand and the area I’m in is hard and rocky. But these things worked INCREDIBLY. Within seconds, fully installed. I will absolutely be buying more in the future.A few nit-picky things to be aware of:-I ran the hex head of the shaft under my wire wheel grinder to take down a hair of the paint thickness so that the installation bit would fit. Otherwise, it did not for most of them.-Be smart about how you are going to connect these to whatever you’re securing. I found that the eyelet that screws into the hex head/shaft can loosen and back-out easily but obviously only when turned counter-clockwise. So if you’re connecting with cable/wire, try to install so tension in placed on the clockwise turn of the eyelet so it is less likely to back out. Or install straight through the factory holes of the footplate if they fit. Mine did and the eyelet on top keeps it from being able to come out.-Lastly, I used a power driver to install these. Which had almost like a hammer drill affect to it. Worked great. But I used a decent Bosch quick-release extension adapter to hold the bit and the bit is stuck in there good after the install. My fault more than anything else. Just a word of caution to learn from my mistake.

Very sturdy product. We live in a very rural area that gets a lot of wind and these have held up my children’s 2.5 story wooden playset!! Would definitely recommend using these!!

The 18in ground anchor was easy to install and looked strong. Once in the ground, it doesn't really move. The only thing I'm worried about is the coating. When using a rod to twist the anchor into the grind, it took off some coating at the eye.

Everything was as shown and install was EASY.

These worked very well and were way easier to install than the ones that come with swing sets. Worth the extra money to buy these to anchor the kids swing set in.

Working great so far! Going to purchase more in the future.

My ground was soaked with water and they pulled out they are of good quality just to short for my use

I bought these ground anchors to secure my floating dock. The were not too hard to get into the ground using a rechargeable drill driver. They are holding well so far. I only neede 2 but I’m glad they came in a set of 3 because the ring broke off of one when I screwed it onto the rod. For this reason I can’t give 5 stars
