CachetClassic Student Portfolio 17 in. x 22 in. with flaps

I love Cachet portfolios and own them in multiple sizes. However this one, the description states it's dimensions are 17.5"x22.2" which I would assumed would hold 17x22 paper. It doesn't fit at all.

This is exactly the size I need for imported Japanese high end paper I use. This will be me my mailing carton for artwork. Sturdy and attractive. A little hard to remove the cover sticker cleanly.

Perfect fit for my historic document.
