I finished the bottle recently and report that it helps me with my morning cognitive tasks. I cannot substantiate whether it is the supplement in particular because I take it with my morning coffee. The ingredients such as Turmeric Extract with Curcumin are known to reduce Alzheimer's onset (Google studies with Turmeric + Alzheimers), by decreasing beta-amyloid plaques and slowing the degradation of neurons. Turmeric is a known anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant, good for preventing memory loss.That being said, I am uncertain if the dosage is enough and because I also had coffee (caffeine) in conjunction with the supplement, that was probably beneficial.It's pricey so there should be clinical trials to bolster the use of this supplement and the results need to be published.

Its kind of hard to review supplements, I only wright something after researching the product and ingredient's. I have had good results with no negative side affects thus far, it appears to do as advertised. Ill update if I have anything negative to report.

Not really sure what to expect. I have Alzheimer's on both sides of my family so any memory blip brings it to my mind. Prevention (if possible) is better than trying to remedy the problem after it occurs. I can't say these have any effect but it's not something I can see or even test at this level. I don't have any major memory loss or issues, just the normal aging of forgetfulness. I also have a decrease in energy and multitasking ability which is not yet alarming but starting to be noticeable. Hoping these pills can turn things around since I feel like I am at the beginning stage and not advanced. Overall, waiting to see how effective the product is. Like with most vitamin / homeopathic / holistic medicines, they are not regulated by the FDA to the degree that independent tests are done and claims verified, so you really need to do your own research on them.this is especially true with something that claims to help your brain clarity, which is something that's difficult to test even in a lab environment.having said that, I'm mid 40s, and studying for exams, and have found that my mind wonders more than it used to, and I have a hard time maintaining focus beyond a 2 hour threshold. I looked into many ways to try to improve my memory retention, and went down the rabbit hole of "brain food" in terms of actual food (fish, plants, etc) and supplemental vitamins.this one, on paper, has a nice blend of the "stuff" that's suppose to promote brain activity - so, i'm going to give it a try, and see how it does!

I take this supplement in the mornings and it helps a lot with my mental clarity and overall brain health. I like the ingredients that are within the supplement and feel the quality is good. I really feel this supplement works and recommend this for overall brain health.

Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide added, unncessarily. This is a potent lineup, but my reservation is that the amounts are too low of each. It's almost homeopathic. That being said, I do feel like it is having a calming affect on me and I think it is a decent value, worth trying for a month or two.

This seems to be a good quality brain support blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is okay- Label has GMP stamp and not sure if 3rd party lab tested (I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
