Moisturising
I needed a good moisturising natural lip oil for winters and I think it’s one of the best one. However, I think it’s only appropriate for cold weather, but you could try this in summers also if you want.

Can't be substitute for a lip balm but it's OK at chapped lips and helps in reducing pigmentation a little but not entirely
