fixed all my issues and easy to install
only thing you remove is two bolt from the arm pull and then you just switch out the switches ..it even comes with a tool to remove the molding covering the two bolts

you have to use old parts to make it work
On the mirror controls switch you have to disconnect the "directional Button-Mirror selector " and switch it over to the new part for it to fit otherwise you have to grind out the interior plastic to make it fit so dont throw out ur old part until you get the new oneAlso the lock/unlock button could not work cause it was the wrong stylenot compatible with CHEVY HHR
