Getting ready to reorder, reading some of the reviews, I realized I should write one as well. I've been a regular customer of the local health food store for years, developing my own "cocktail" of vitamins and supplements, with reading and research and knowing my body. I will be 74 in March and both knees Xrayed bone on bone 8 years ago. I've been significantly overweight most of my adult life and haven't felt I was a candidate for knee replacement. I live alone and under the best of circumstances recuperation is long and involved, not a do-it-yourself in a couple of weeks situation. On recommendation of the health food store proprietor I've been taking Nature's Plus Triple Strength over the regular Nature's Plus for easily all the years since the Xrays. My weight is slightly down and I've been doing exercises to strengthen my body in general. I am in better physical condition than I was five or more years ago. I don't even consider not taking Nature's Plus Triple Strength. If I absolutely didn't have the money to buy vitamins and supplements, this would probably be the last one I'd discontinue. I also have some disc/spine issues; my primary and my chiropractor both told me the herniations are significant and I'm lucky to be experiencing as few problems as I am. Nature's Plus G&C. is surely improving my spine as well. Oh, and last but not least, a few months ago I compared the prices I've been paying at the store with prices on Amazon for the identical products. Amazon is saving me significant money.

I’ve been taking this supplement for 14 years. Not only does it eliminate gout but I have yet to experience arthritis, except when I stopped taking it. (That was stupid!) The mistake people make is that they don’t dose up at the beginning. You should take at least 6 pills a day for a couple of weeks. Then reduce the dose to 4 and so on until you take 1 twice a day. I promise you, this stuff really works. I was a professional bowler for years and I could never have done that without this supplement.

I have sticklers syndrome and degenerative Disc Disease. This product gave me my life back. Before I had to crawl upstairs , now I carry a 15 Lb senior dog up and down 2 flight of stairs all day. If I forget to take it. Parts stop working. Did that ONCE. Neighbor had to save me my foot stopped working while walking the dog. I learned my lesson , I don’t forget to take it

I take several things for my knees but I really feel this is helping. For anyone who wants an all natural aide, I recommend tart cherry juice extract. Good luck!

As I have aged a few of the joints in my hands continue to swell causing me slight pain and discomfort. From a golf club to a writing instrument, I would notice what once was unnoticeable. I have, I hope, too many years ahead of me to let this decline continue. Various sites recommended glucosamine as a possible remedy. I have used this product now for nearly 30 days, and I am amazed. The swelling and stiffness on my right hands ring finger knuckle has decreased to a near "normal" condition. While I still "feel" my hands, I am no longer feeling the pain when gripping a club or pen. I am skeptical and conservative by nature, but this product did help me, and today I am ordering more.

This literally got me up from being completely sidelined in a chair to walking again. I have severe arthritis in my spine that is aggravated by scoliosis. Before finding this formulation, I started every morning with a heating pad on my back just to get moving. After taking this for only a few short days, I noticed that the pain was almost completely gone. I shared some with a relative who had torn a rotator cuff and was waiting for surgery, and a friend with a painful tailbone, and both experienced the same thing -- the pain was almost completely gone, or at least dramatically reduced. I'll never be without this again, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Not having to take constant anti-inflammatory meds has been wonderful.

This is the only Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM product that relieves a lot of my arthritic pain. I don't know if it is because it also includes Celadrin & Black Cherry, Vitamin C, and Manganese but I do know every other product I have tried fails to provide pain relief for my arthritis. It is important to note that I did add Life Extension's Tart Cherry to regime along with Life Extension's 5-LOX Inhibitor with ApresFlex. With these three products, I have been able to control my arthritic pain very well.

Had to call for instructions. Please,discontinue the rest of this order. I found another, just as good at a better price.
