Does the desk top tilt to adjust the angle or is it set to remain only flat

Hi, the desk is quality made and the tae top is spacious. It easily adjusts from a standing to a sitting position. Storing is something hard to say. It does not fold up, it's like a regular computer table with wheels.

Will this support an HP all-in-one monitor?
