I have been using Slim tighten tone for a while now and it keeps my stomach nice and tight, even when I slack on working out for a few days. This was my 1st time using the appetite suppressant and I would have to say it actually worked better than I expected. The Slim Tighten Tone, i will say i was shocked! After 3 days you notice it tightening, especially if your a Mother you gotten stretch marks during pregnancy. Does not work don’t waste your time. I work out 4-5 days a week, I eat a balanced diet using macros and used this product for a month did not loose one pound. I was looking for some help getting off the excess weight after a bulk. It did nothing!!!!!!

Both products have been useful for me i have not gain any more weight since i started using them . I notice the difference in my clothes they all fit me big .
