Nasopure refill packets and their nasal rinse bottle are my go to products for sinus issues. I have had sinus surgery and also suffer from seasonal allergies. My doctor recommended using a sinus rinse daily several years ago to help with the congestion and rinse those seasonal allergens out of my body! I tried several different brands of rinse bottles and refills and found that I clearly prefer the Nasopure brand. I like the angle of the blue bottle and the soft and pliable material the bottle is made from; I clean the bottle weekly with a strong solution and rinse thoroughly before my next use. I find that the bottle becomes hard when I clean it but softens up again once the cleaning solution is rinsed out of it. I prefer the nasopure brand of premixed sinus solution packets. The particle size goes into solution easily and the long, narrow packets fix into the neck of the sinus rinse bottle so I do not have any spillage when adding the premix packet to the warm water. When I use the nasal rinse as directed (daily) it really helps with my allergies and symptoms without using any more drugs. I recently became ill with the dreaded C virus and used the rinse to help with those symptoms too. Just a good daily hygiene habit. Another bonus is the minimal packaging for the refill packets and they use adults with disabilities in their assembly process, a win for both of them, and the product is a win for me.

Forget that expensive nose-cleaning system you see on TV; who wants to clean a chamber full of water and mucus? Ugh! This is so much easier to use and clean, and it's much more sanitary. If you can close your throat (really, who can't?), you can use this simple bottle. Just fill it with warm water and salt, squeeze gently, and the water runs in one nostril and out the other, taking any gunk straight into the bathroom sink and down the drain. Nothing to clean except the white cap that goes into your nose; then you rinse the sink and blue bottle. Takes two seconds, and the clear-headed effect lasts all day. It's sort of like the feeling you get after you've gone to the beach and had a swim in the ocean!

I have been using Nasopure for several years off and on. But I had recently heard that nasal irrigation can help with COVID, so I have now gone back to using Nasopure everyday. Still love it as much I as I did the first time I used it. It's so simple and easy, and I really like being sort of more in "control" by just squeezing a bit harder when I am little more stuffed up. Always helps me breathe easy. And I love these refill packs. No need for a new bottle. Thanks Nasopure!

Great product and great company. I had a concern about the use of a neti pot so I contacted the company and spoke with the owner, who's a physician. She reassured me about the safety and benefits of using a neti also offered some good advice to help my sinusitis. This was my first time using a neti pot so I didn't know what to expect but the Nasopure is comfortable, very easy to use and eliminates that drowning feeling that I hear some people experience with a traditional neti pot.

Good refills

I have been very stuffy lately, so I tried 2 packets together, what's called a hypertonic solution. It was very salty, but it actually worked. It worked surprisingly well to reduce the stuffiness in my sinuses. Another brand of salt packets did not, so I'm now using these ones exclusively. I suppose if you just want to rinse your sinuses then any brand will work, but if you want to reduce stuffiness, then two packets of this stuff will work well. Keep in mind that a burning sensation means it is very salty, which works.

I live in Missouri, which is allergy hell. I take shots and have had terrible congestion for years. I do not like taking allergy meds as they interfere with other more important prescriptions that I have to take. Two years ago I reluctantly started using a sinus wash. Best decision I have made in a long time. I sinus wash everyday with Nasopure and it keeps my normal symptoms at bay. I keep a full size in my shower at home and a kids size in my travel bag for the gym. The small version has passed through TSA at the airport. Nasopure is easy and convenient. The hard part is getting started, once you have, it will improve your living with allergies.

These Nasopure sachets have transformed my life, from frequently suffering the misery of sinus attacks to the occasional, along with dietary adjustments to exclude dairy of any kind, soya or coconut. Yes, you can make your own solution, but I have been won over by the ease and convenience of a measured prepared sachet. Now a lifelong friend. Top marks.
