Do it Wiser Compatible Printer Toner Cartridge Replacement for MLT-D111S Samsung Xpress M2020W M2070 M2070FW M2020 M2022 M2022W M2026

I removed the unit from the box, cut away the plastic covering, and read the instructions. No surprises there. But the unit would not insert into the printer. Comparing dimensions it looked like the new unit was a bit wider at the base than the OEM unit. So I called Amazon for a return authorization and was 2 minutes away from returning. Then I thought I'd give it one more try. This time I realized there is a piece of plastic covering the green laser drum which accidentally fell off. Now it fits perfectly but NOTHING is mentioned in the one page install instructions about this. Kind of obvious now but the vendor should add something to the instructions for idiots like me.

Instructions for installation don't seem to match product. Had I not consulted previous customer reviews, I would have been totally lost. Quality of print is good, so no complaints there. Nevertheless, customer reviews and some intuition were absolutely essential to a successful result.

Off brand toner cartridges do not always work as anticipated, but this one does. Second time I ordered this as a replacement and is recognized immediately by both printer and or computer. It's doing the job quite well,

It will not fit in my printer. The instructions don’t match up to the cartridge as well. Instructions are telling to remove certain things on the toner cartridge and there is nothing to remove. I believe this toner cartridge is defective.

Update: my Laser printer died after installing this poor-quality cartridge, now I have to spend $300 to get a new printer.The customer service sent me a new one, now I have a cartridge but I don't have the printer anymore.

I have a Samsung Xpress M2020W printer. It was difficult to find the right toner for this model. I am very glad this toner fits nicely into the printer, and prints very well.

This unit did not fit properly in my Samsung printer. The case would not close properly. The printer seemed to recognize it, but when I tried to print, the paper kept jamming. I tried multiple times with perfect paper. It had been too long since I ordered to return it. Total ripoff. It is not even the suze or dimensions of the original cartridge. And I tripled checked to make sure it was supposed to be compatible with my Samsung SL-M2020W. Don't waste your time and money like I did. Get the genuine product from the original manufacturer. It costs a bit more, but you will save in the long run.

This cartridge is working well as a replacement for the one originally installed on my printer. Installation was easy, and I was able to start printing with it right away. It's of course way too early to say anything about longevity of the cartridge. The first toner cartridge in the printer lasted for 2-1/2 years. I've only been using this replacement cartridge for a week.

I ordered the item for printing my work documents but i have to say you get what you pay. One catridge had 8% toner in it and second one had 3% toner in it.

This was another return purchase. Fantastic service and quality.

These are my go to toner cartridge now. They perform exactly the same as the manufacturer original.
